They had my car for 4 days before calling me to tow it out, they couldn't fix it. Of course they couldn't because they damaged multiple things in trying to do the repair. My neighbor is a mechanic & he recommended Fast Lanes as trustworthy mechanics, I'm so glad he did. Not only did they fix everything the previous company damaged, but they kindly noted all those damages on the invoice so I could submit it to the first company's corporate office for successful reimbursement that they had the nerve to bill me for. I'm new to the Macedonia area, typically my husband fixes our vehicles, sometimes I can too, depending on the problem, I went somewhere new today and it was $198.00 to replace a $5 part... Sooo sorry I didn't ask about diagnosis pricing... $120 to tell me it was a $5 part on the end of the negative terminal cable. $198. Out the door. If I was rich I might not care, but unfortunately I am not, nah if I was rich, I'd have time to do it myself!!!. Won't return again! I have replaced battery terminal cable for myself in the past, fully capable, just soo cold 🥶 outside currently... 😬☹️
