- ASAnna SFeb 28, 20225.0Love the wash at the Branch Hill UDF and Mariemont, we had some issues with it not reading out license plate but come to find out we had entered it wrong. Rick at the Mariemont location was great to deal with and got it all fixed for us. Also paid because it wasn't reading our plate and they immediately refunded the money, FANTASTIC service! Oh, and the wash does a much better job than the other places including the one that starts with M. Never leaves dirt and actually uses enough water to rinse all of the soap off, which was the problem at the place we use to use. Glad to have the membership and plan to add other cars as well.
