I wasn’t too happy with the “customer service” I felt like I was disturbing the rep checking people in. Anyhow- I asked for a default tire sensor light on my dash to be addressed along with the oil change and rotation. It was written on the order and wasn’t taken care of. After waiting almost 2 hours I was pissed off and ready to get out of there. Not to mention how busy/overbooked the rep kept saying they were. If the online scheduling doesn’t work correctly —GET RID OF IT!! What’s the point of an appointment if you’re sitting around for hours? Honestly- I don’t want to go back there anymore but I paid over $1000 for tires and all the maintenance that comes with the install.
