  Buyers beware!! Hopefully you read this review before you make the same mistake We did by purchasing and having our camper serviced at this Huber Heights location. we bought our camper brand new December 2024. Out of that 11 months that we have owned it two months the camper has sat there for service To have a window replaced that they told us would be two weeks but 2 months later it’s done. we called multiple times with nobody answering in the service department so we left multiple messages asking for a call back and crickets. finally after a month or so One of the employees overheard our frustration and I received a call from John the service manager. John is very unprofessional so I asked to speak to his GM Connor. Connor called me the next day telling me he was so sorry for the way things were going with the service department and it wasn’t right and that he was gonna put us at the top of the list and That he would call me by the end of that day to confirm. Well, a week goes by with no confirmation no interactions with anybody so I reached out to corporate and got them involved. finally, a week after that, my wife went in and they finally got the ball rolling saying that they would have the window ordered and it would be there in a week or two. Three weeks after that, it was finally finished and I went to pick it up there was glass all over the place all behind the couch all the way out to the door. It has been a terrible experience from the buying process to service. during the buying process, they tried to sell us a camper that they had shipped to them with massive damage. Whatever you do do not do business with this Camping world in Huber Heights.. Update!!! Today it rained and the window that took 2 months to fix well it leaks! Do not do Business with Camping world in Huber Heights

  Never ever shop or do business with them. I have experienced first hand poor communication, bad integrity and each department could care less about how their counterparts treat or do with customers. I have had my camper there for 5 months. First two from what they told me "overlooked in the transaction ". They only have excuses and never a solution. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! LIES, MANIPULATION AND FALSE INTERPRETATION. THEY REALLY DON'T DESERVE ANY STAR REVIEW.

  Had washer/dryer combo worked on! (Still under warranty with Camping World at Huber Heights location) they were supposed to fix the dryer vent connection where it wasn’t installed properly! Well got home and after my husband had to fix the busted cabinet door we ran the washer and they did not hook up the drain line! Water everywhere and not a good thing in a motor home! Thanks again Camping World for nothing but headaches

  If I could give something lower than 1 I would. Their service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. They do not communicate. They do not return calls. They do not do the work and openly lie that it was done. We had a leak "fixed" that they caused during winterizing. The leak cost us a weekend of camping. Then when we went to go camping again, the leak was still there. Another weekend gone. The tech that looked at the leak told us that it had clearly never been worked on. Reluctantly, I left the camper there to be fixed again. It has been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing. Zero communication. When I call I have to leave my name and number. They don't call back. I honestly do not know how they stay in business. We bought this camper new from them with the expectation that they could service it when needed.
