- AAAnonymousApr 2, 20251.0They canceled my membership randomly. the email stated that I can still use it by the end of the date that I got my membership but when I went today it no longer works. I checked the app it said "canceled." wasted $49. They didn't even reimburse me when I had to buy a single wash because their scanner failed to read my license and couldn't back out since there's already cars behind me (for the majority of the time the reader did work). They emailed me about sending RFID, but never received it. Then when I tried to redo membership; the only option now is basic. Also, there is no vacuum available (literally no vacuum nozzles). no communication with customers. tried calling the number they provided for assistance, cannot hold of anyone. Just avoid this one, it's not worth the headache.

However, if you keep up with manually scrubbing your cars hard to reach areas then run it through the wash the results are nominal. This is my go to place, I personally feel $22 for the best wash is a bit steep but I'm lazy. 😂

I called the number on the kiosk since there is nobody actually on site and they did push me through with their most expensive car wash, but I’m just disappointed that you don’t actually get your car washed unless you spend $22!! That’s asinine. What are the other levels even for if you don’t actually get your car washed?! I don’t want wax on my car every time. Just a basic wash of my vehicle. And the $22 highest level wash literally still left residue on my windows and windshield. So needless to say, I’ll never come here for a wash again and advise ya gone reading this to steer clear. The vacuums also keep coming apart while using. Absolute poor management.
