We went to have the vehicle towed and we informed them we would be towing it. They left the valve train and other parts of the vehicle apart so we couldn't tow the vehicle. We live 3 hours away and this was a huge waste of our time/money. Do not buy Hyundai. Definitely do not go to this dealership for anything.

I’m a single mom and transportation is so important to me. I had the best experience here and everyone was helpful and caring and made me and my son so comfortable. She had an appointment set up with someone who ended up not being there on the day of the scheduled appointment, after driving an hour to this dealership. Walking in, we were greeted by multiple salesmen who opened the doors for us. Upon finding out the person who scheduled the appointment wasn’t there to help us, Rafael jumped right in (as if it were an appointment he had scheduled), and started the process with us. My niece went in knowing what she wanted and he didn’t try to suggest something else for her (which I’ve experienced in the past), so right away I felt comfortable with Rafael. He had us in and out in around 4 hours, and my niece walking away with her very first adult purchase! He was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, the list goes on. His customer service skills exceeded anything I’ve ever encountered. You can tell he really enjoys what he does and he made the car buying process as enjoyable as possible. Rafael gets a 10 out of 10 from us. Not only him, but everyone we encountered was more than polite and accommodating. The other guys even kept my 4 year old entertained while we were doing all the paperwork. Can’t say enough good things about Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield!
