    I had a great experience buying my Tahoe with Dashaun Simpkins. From the start, he was straightforward, professional, and never pushy. I reached out because I was driving about an hour and a half and wanted to be sure it was worth the trip. Shaun took the time to send me a personal video walk-around of the Tahoe so I could see it clearly and feel confident before making the drive. We set an appointment for the next day and he even called to check in before I arrived. When I got there, the Tahoe was pulled up front with the engine running — the windchill made it 10 degrees, so having it warmed up and ready to go was such a thoughtful touch. The whole process felt smooth and transparent, and I truly appreciated his communication and patience. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable who treats you fairly and makes the buying process easy, ask for Dashaun Simpkins. Highly recommend!

    Rafael (Raf) was an incredible salesperson. He listened when I told him I was not interested in any upgrades or extra, unnecessary items and so he didn't try to push them on me. Due to a miscommunication from the website, the vehicle I was interested in was at a different location and not at the one I had clicked on, which was for the Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield. Once confirmed I would be purchasing the vehicle in question, Raf and another employee went and picked it up so I could have it that day. Yes, that added an extra hour + of being at the dealership but it was preferable to having to wait a day or so. That was just good service. Brooke, in finance, went over the novel of paperwork and was quick to correct any errors that were found. She also took time to explain the bi-monthly payment arrangement. Some random employee congratulated me on my purchase. I took my 22-year old nephew with me and he said he was never treated so well by any of the places he bought his cars so even he had praise for Raf and his treatment of a potential customer. Raf even took a selfie of all three of us. 😄

    Don't go there very pushy and held our car key captive, we had to ask for our keys back more than four times and then the salesperson got very rude with my husband because he changed his mind. Update on this sad review, my husband was notified by Ms Ali Meyer GM that they would like to correct the wrong. So, we went back and I have say the team went above to win my husband's loyalty back . We left there today with a big smile Our sincere thanks to Ali, Nic, Frank, Ryan. For the thoughtful apologies and work that went into sending us home with a new car. Will recommend your dealership to people that we know.

    I bought my Hyundai at a different location but I should have came here. Tristan was awesome in helping me get my temp plates on as the other dealership was out of everything and didn't put my temp tag on well. Tristan was helpful , patient and friendly. I would recommend him if you're seeking to buy here. I also see that this location take pics when someone buys a new car, the other dealership didn't seem nowhere near this enthusiastic about the sale lol. I will recommend my son to come here.

    Ali Meyer has been so incredibly helpful and easy to work with. She took her time to teach me the things I would have never even thought to know. I’m sad she’s a manager and can’t be my sales rep any more but nick, David and Isiah all made sure I was taken care of everytime I came in. Even the new general manager Travis came out and made me feel welcomed! And then when I was finally done shopping and ready to buy brook went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I was signing and what I was buying. 10/10 the best Hyundai dealership of all time!
