- KEKay Earnest-KingDec 23, 20255.0I normally despise working with car salespersons - they are pushy and always try to upsell/offer me something I don't need, etc. However, my experience with Colin (and Luke) at Jeff Wyler Fairfield Nissan was absolutely AMAZING! I walked in knowing I wanted a Nissan Kicks. Colin asked why I was set on that car and listened so he could understand my family's needs (vehicle size and budget). Knowledgable on all Nissans, he kindly (and respectfully!) discussed sedan models (priced lower, in my budget) and all the trims in the Kicks - and he and Brittany helped with getting the numbers (whether lease or buy, different term lengths) where I needed them to be. Luke was extremely sweet on the test drive, and since he was new, talked about why he took the job and liked Nissan cars/engines. This was the first brand new car I've purchased, and I can't boast enough about how positive it was! Colin even had them re-wash/detail the car before I drove off in it - because he wanted it to be pristine and perfect (despite the snow and ice on the ground)! There are other Nissan dealers closer to me, but after this experience, I would drive to Fairfield again to work with this crew, hands down!
