I wanted to personally reach out and thank Sam Harvey for taking the time to work with us and help us decide that we really want one when the time is right. I cannot say enough about his knowledge, kindness, and great customer service he has. When it’s time for us to get our next car we will be calling Sam to be the one who sells it to us even after moving to Fort Wayne . A sales consultant, Areli Silva Rodriguez of Jeff Wyler Kia of Fairfield worked with us to educate us on Kia Sportage trims, options, and costs. Unlike other dealership salesmen, she felt more like a consumer advocate for us rather than a salesperson. She patiently worked through multiple vehicle options prices for comparison for us over several days. It was truly a great experience, and we cannot recommend this dealership and this sales professional enough. We are very pleased to have bought our new Kia Sportage from Jeff Wyler Kia of Fairfield than ANY of the nine other Kia dealerships in our region with whom we spoke and from which we received pricing proposals.
