    I would like to thank Joshua Luis at the Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield location. Joshua has been professional and provided great customer service. Regardless of how many times I contacted him to inquire about things he's always answered or returned my phone call. I'm sure he's busy servicing tons of customers. Joshua went above and beyond to assist me with getting my vehicle serviced and get me out in a timely manner to make it to pick up my son from school. He's honest and trustworthy. I appreciate how he's been each time I've visited and/or contacted the dealership.

From the moment I arrived, Taylor warmly greeted me and let me know that someone would be with me shortly, a courtesy that greatly enhanced my experience and one that I have often found lacking in previous visits. I want to emphasize the importance of acknowledging customers, even when staff are busy, as it has a significant impact on their perception of the service. Porter R A H M's friendly and courteous interaction further exemplified exceptional service, and his escort to my vehicle and farewell wish were particularly appreciated. Taylor and Porter R A H M set a high standard, and I hope their approach will be adopted by all staff members. Their behavior showcases the department's potential for excellent customer service. A prompt greeting can go a long way in making a customer's experience more enjoyable, and I commend Taylor and Porter R A H M for their service. I wish them continued success. I also appreciate Tyrone's consistent excellent customer service in the waiting area, greeting me with a smile. Feeling valued makes me want to return as a customer.     We initially called Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield just to see if they had what we were looking for, and from that very first phone call, Goodness completely stood out. He was incredibly kind, patient, and proactive, took the time to truly understand what we wanted, and worked hard to get us the exact lease terms we were looking for, so much so that his service alone is what made us decide to come in and lease through him. When we could not make it in on his scheduled workday, he even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly, which speaks volumes about his character and dedication. The dealership itself is clean, welcoming, and full of friendly people, but Goodness truly made this a wonderful, stress free experience from start to finish.

    My experience with Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield was superb! Ryan T. is an exceptional sales manager, communicating thoroughly and frequently leading up to me taking the vehicle. And as for the “sales” aspect, I felt none of the shady vibes like many (maybe most) dealerships have, tacking on hidden fees, overpriced extras, etc. In addition to a smooth and transparent purchasing process, Najay was able to deliver the vehicle to me (on New Year’s Day, no less) since I live in SE Michigan. The vehicle arrived in great shape with a full tank and a friendly handshake! In short, this dealership offers a best-in-class buying experience that left us feeling confident about our investment! Najay and Ryan set the bar for what I want with any future dealership, and they set it high Disclaimer: I leveraged a consultant to navigate the car negotiations on my behalf. That said, I’d feel confident about a future buy or trade up with this outfit!

    I will never buy a Kia again! Absolutely the worst car I have ever owned. We purchased the car brand new in September of 2019. First off Jeff Wyler gave us the wrong car and had to come switch out vehicles 2 weeks later because they sold us a car that was supposed to be a loaner. After about a year with the car stalling when stopping, took it in and they kept telling us nothing was wrong. Eventually it stopped stalling but the car didn’t have the power it had when we first received so you had to make sure you had ample time to pull out in traffic. Still we’re told nothing was wrong because they don’t physically drive the cars to determine. We had to start taking elsewhere to get oil changes because it took too long to get in to get service done on the vehicle. Everytime we did take it there we would drop off at 7 am for a 9 am appointment and show up at 3 to pick up and it would t be ready. The lists goes on. The biggest issue over this pass summer it started sounding really loaded at first then after a couple weeks sometimes when we would turn the engine would die but then start right back up. Took it in and they said there was no oil, which I was still 2500 miles away from needing it changed. So my car was burning through the oil. The did a oil consumption test and it was definitely burning oil. The did a carbon cleanse and it stopped burning oil. Mind you through all this no lights on the dash even ti say it was low on oil. Car hasn’t ran right since. Took it back in today after over the holiday weekend I couldn’t even get enough power to get to speed on highway and hard to pull off and the engine was ticking and sounded really loaded. I was told today that they let it run for a hour and no codes popped up and it’s fine. But of course they didn’t drive it to see what we are talking about. Makes absolutely no since. I will not be back to Jeff Wyler. I will also never recommend anyone purchasing a kia
