Been calling for a month to get my prepaid service done on my car and NO ONE will return my calls. I spent $100,000 on a car and am being treated like dirt. This place should be shut down immediately. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Do not buy a car from here

- DBDan ButlerApr 5, 20231.0Went in on April 3 2023 to redeem my wylercare ( ford 150 2017) and waited patiently for them to get done. Upon them completing the service I immediately noticed a scratch on my diver side door that had not been there before they had my truck. The manager on duty noticed my displeasure and asked what was wrong. I simply showed him the damage and he "filed a report" took my contact info. He told me that the GM would contact me the next day. Well that was 2 days ago and I haven't heard a peep. I'm absolutely furious because the scratches are circular in nature and look intentional. This establishment is a joke and I will never return to thus dealership ever again. Now to be fair I'll update this review as the situation unfolds further and possibly change the rating but as of right now I have zero faith the will fix the damage they caused.
