He was knowledgeable and very helpful at walking us through the car buying process. He was honest and fair. He was very thoughtful. He had my car cleaned, warmed up, and a bottle of water in the cup holder for me on my drive home. I would definitely recommend him and Jeff Wyler Fairfield.

Ah really wanted to help us. Tania from financing was awesome and helped us negotiate really good deals especially dealing with some negative equity with my trade in. She worked really hard and made some miracles happen for us. Tara helped us with our paperwork and she was a class act. Very friendly and professional. Really enjoyed working with all of these ladies. Couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience! Will definitely be back for our next cars. Love our new Kia’s. The are gorgeous cars!

Nehemiah answered and immediately made me feel taken care of. He was incredibly patient, stayed well past closing to help my husband and me, and never once made us feel rushed. The next day, he went above and beyond by driving my car an hour and a half to deliver it to us. Even on a cold evening, he took the time to thoroughly walk us through setting up the car and making sure we were comfortable with everything. More than a week after the purchase, Nehemiah is still checking in and helping me transition into owning an EV. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care are outstanding. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

They fixed everything they could find that I needed to pay, so they can do oil consumption. Kept my car for 3 weeks. Never offer an loaner or rental. Fast forward my car is still losing oil. Mind you, Included in this service was a oil change and sealing of a oil pan. Paper work said 5 quarts of oil was added and no oil is on my dip stick. I was told just put to 2 quarts in so my engine won't lock up. It should be oil still in the vehicle. I take my car back they charge me more money to do an borescoping testing on the cylinder walls. They tell me I have scouring on walls and damage so they can't do oil consumption. Then they start saying because I'm secondary owner things on my warranty doesn't applied to me. By the end of it. I was told my bearings didn't fail the test so they can't fix the problem. They put my car back together and told me to drive it till my engine stop working because I have life time warranty on my bearings. Then they went back to telling stuff that I need for my car, so they could make more money. I ask for General Manager number and they gave service manager information. I am out of money for car I'm still paying on. I am trying to help someone Don't purchase these Hyundais. They are a joke!!!
