  I was told the appointment would last about 30 minutes, but it ended up being nearly 2 hours. I understand multiple factors can affect time frame, so I wasn't too upset by this. I was upset about the quality of work. After waiting nearly a year to have a part fixed (told part was ordered multiple times but oddly enough there were never any notes), I left with it in worse condition than when I arrived. I had a loose plastic piece on the right side of my steering column. I left with "new" parts and now both sides are popping off and when turning the wheel you can hear the parts rubbing against each other. Not sure how 2 hours of work made it worse. Spending close to $500 a month for a vehicle, you'd expect higher quality work. I'll deal with the noise for now and keep duct tape on the loose pieces as I do not plan to ever return for work to be done.

  I went in because I had a flat and needed to see if it could be plugged or if it had to be replaced. Unfortunately, I ended up having to get a new tire and there weren’t any in stock but Russ ordered one and gave me a call as soon as it came in. It took a day for the tire to come in and I was able to get it installed same day. I am very happy to have my car back to working order.

  Jamar was an amazing person to work with. He was carefully detailed and no pressure given. Very honest and patient. I asked a million questions and not once did he get frustrated or not have an answer. Definately glad I had the pleasure to work with him! Atmosphere was very inviting and everyone was friendly and approachable! Thank you Jamar! As long as I’m in a Buick you will be my sales person!

  Purchased a Buick envision with 0.9 apr & $1000 rebate. The sales consultant Andrew did not due his due diligence when he looked up my VIN and saw the car I used for the rebate was not under my name. It wasn’t until after the fact that he said the car had to be under my name. So I went and got it under my name, then he said they’ll submit the information but “the reality of the situation is it has a slim chance of approval.” Then, I asked if I could pick up my plates and mats we’d agreed upon… to which they said “not until you pay the $1000 or the rebate gets approved by GMC.” At this point I asked to speak with a manager, they never reached out nor was I given a contact. A couple days before my temp plates expired I followed up, same answer. So my temp plates expired, no mats, no answer from GMC, no follow up from anyone. I’m being forced to pay for someone else’s mistake. Stay away from this dealership.
