  Used their service through AAA for a lockout on my vehicle, the guy could not complete the service. Completely useless do not recommend them for when you’re locked out of your vehicle.

  Representative on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful when I had a tow in progress and missed their call. Overall experience was excellent and would recommend them to anyone needing a tow. The tow truck driver was very friendly and listened to where I wanted my wrecked car. Very satisfied with this company all around.

  I was stuck at a local drug store on a very cold night. My car wouldn't start. My insurance sent out a call for help and to my rescue was Brandon. He was super helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help get me back on the road. We had to tow it to my house and he was a very safe driver getting me home. I'm so thankful for Brandon doing everything he could to get me going. I even called the following morning and Paul came to take the car to the shop. Both men were very professional, quick, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease with my car being on their trucks. Thank you for the awesome service and | 100% would recommend this company.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS Absolutely terrible service. My wife locked her keys in her car. We waited well over an hour for Mark Martin to arrive. He tried for roughly 10 minutes, getting close, but then asked my wife “does anyone have or can get a spare key” my wife said “yes” and Mark took that as a way out and told her “you are gonna want to do that”, then packed up and left us behind. I called Don’s directly to speak with someone on the matter, and was met with a very unprofessional response. Mark lied to his employer, saying my wife instead said she was going to have her brother come out when that was not the case. I then said to the person on the phone that I understand it’s cold out, but to leave a job unfinished is not proper. He replied “well if it’s cold for you it’s cold for him, he couldn’t get it open so what do you expect us to do” when Mark should be dressing for the weather he works in AND has a truck that was warm. While we were stuck in Wilcox farms, freezing and left without a completed service. This group obviously does not care about their clients, the work they provide, or the fact they did not do their jobs and left people out in the cold. Steer clear of these careless, unprofessional group of people.

  Great experience with Don's. Called for a tow and driver showed up within 45 minutes. Asked for a quote on replacing my starter that my truck needed before towing to Firestone and they beat the price by quite a bit. Decided to roll the dice and try something new. They had my truck finished and ready for pickup in three hours. Will definitely be taking my vehicles there for service in the future!
