  Great experience with Don's. Called for a tow and driver showed up within 45 minutes. Asked for a quote on replacing my starter that my truck needed before towing to Firestone and they beat the price by quite a bit. Decided to roll the dice and try something new. They had my truck finished and ready for pickup in three hours. Will definitely be taking my vehicles there for service in the future!

  I cant remember the name of the gentleman that came out but he was amazing. I locked my keys in my truck and my Ford app was not working. His customer skills were amazing, he was able to open my truck very quickly and more importantly didn't make fun of me for being stupid. I will call dons in the future

  Had to use them for my AAA totally useless the guy refused to take the tire off the car saying it was against aaa's standards for insurance issues which is a lie because I just had my tire changed 2 weeks ago by Triple A just by a different towing company. I have nothing against overweight people the guy was minimum 400 lb was smoking his cigarettes and just didn't want to change the tire so he could hurry up back to the shop and sit in the air and be on his phone. I called the company today and a Gentleman answered and was very nasty very rude I do not recommend these guys to work on your car or tow you. Will be complaining what the Triple A and get on my tow back. And for that guy to treat me like he did on the phone probably cuz it was a guy who showed up for the Tire he ran it raved and screamed it's all on recording so if you are going through AAA for a tow do not use Don's request another service like I will be doing. Awful people there

  Learned I have a bad driveway for tow trucks (narrow and an awning) but he got it out anyway! Had to be a little creative as my car could not be driven at all. Needed my car towed to a mechanic. Waited about two hours after placing the call (reasonable for a same day emergency tow). Took it to a shop about half a mile away. Paid 106.50 after tax which is basically just a hook fee.
