The very expensive rack was very poorly packaged, all of the metal parts rubbed and gouged each other scratching the hell out of it. The packages were also so severely damaged that the rack was literally falling and hanging out of the box when FedEx delivered it. I had to take lots of pics and deal with lots of email to return it. The return process took like 2 weeks and I had to lug huge boxes to a shipping store, even though the RVUpgrade rep assured me FedEx would puck it up. Will never buy from RVUpgrades again. I find it interesting that none of the links in my email work for me to leave a review on their website, how convenient.
