    I was in a tight spot with a car I purchased only a year ago and desperately needed a larger car. I was terrified of a huge monthly payment increase due to my negative equity and VW Dublin was able to get me in a beautiful brand new Tiguan with the exact monthly payment I had in mind. On top of getting me exactly what I wanted and needed, they did it in record time. Every person I worked with was fantastic and genuine. I highly recommend this dealership.

    It's been over a month since I purchased a vehicle and I STILL don't have a second key to my vehicle. The second key I was given goes to something else. This is getting pretty absurd at this point honestly. I don't know how a dealer can't keep track of keys! Trying to get answers is like pulling teeth, constantly getting the runaround. I just want my second key!

    What should’ve been a ordinary recall fix became the story of a unprofessionalism, mockery and subliminal racism. We had a recall that caused our vehicle to drain some of the oil. Nothing that we had done to provoke this issue. It was strictly an issue due to the recall Atleast that’s what was explained to us. As a result, the service advisor suggested that we changed the oil due to it being low and the possibility of contamination during the repair of the recall. The service advisor told us we would have to pay for this. The fix for the recall should’ve only taken a few hours at the most. The repair ended up taking 2 days leaving us out of our vehicle for the thanksgiving holiday. We dropped off on Monday and we didn’t get the car back until Friday at noon. My wife requested that they waive the oil change which the service manager approved. After my wife said she won’t be back he changed his mind to charge us the full cost of the oil change though we had just gotten our oil change 3-4 months prior. Throughout this interaction the service manager belittled my wife, insulted her and treated her in a rude manner. Prior to this interaction we were looking at the 2026 vehicles and was thinking of trading in our vehicle. But after this, we will not be using MAG for any services or purchases. We will also not be purchasing another VW. The simple cost of an oil change that probably cost the company $15.00 created a significant barrier and a bad taste for the entire organization. If you’re a woman, find another dealership to do your business with. If you’re a man, don’t have your wife come here and do not do any business in general. The poor service of the “service” department have a detrimental effect on this entire organization. Sometimes we have to have compassion towards each other and the lack of compassion and professionalism is truly disappointing. We will not be back and if you are reading this review and considering doing any service here, I advise you to look somewhere else. Learn from my mistake and save your peace of mind.
