People not taking responsibility for their mistakes then to add injury to insult the guy who broke it recommended $2600 valve cover service. Feeling pretty shady. Of course I call and the service manager is out for the day and so is his boss. This is getting old. I'm done with this place and their nonsense. They can have fun talking to my lawyer later.
