Quite possibly the worst tire place ever had the displeasure of going to. Service is bad, the communication is even worse.

I booked an appointment for new tires, and arrived on time. After waiting an hour-and-a-half, they tell me that they can't get to my car. Total waste of time.

Never had a problem with this place before. Always got done in around ~2 hours with an oil change and tire rotation. Pretty reasonable I thought. Today I go in (I made an appointment for 3pm, and I made the appointment a few days in advance), and I wait for around 2 hours then ask them when my car was going to be taken in (they had not even put it in the repair center yet). Then about a half hour later they say they won't be able to get to it today. I would have appreciated the heads up at the very least when I got there, if not just be honest up front and say they won't get to it. Waste of 2 and a half hours and I had warranties there so needless to say I will be finding somewhere else to go. Thought highly of this place until now. Sorry to the staff there, thought you were nice but really just be honest next time.

Brought my car to Tire Discounters on N. Hamilton Rd. for an alignment after replacing control arms per their prior recommendation. I was told I needed two new tires before they could align it. I authorized the tires. After the tires were installed, I was suddenly told they couldn’t perform the alignment at all stating they did not have the right equipment to handle the job - something that was never mentioned during my previous visit or when I agreed to purchase the tires. Communication was inconsistent, explanations kept changing, and when I tried to understand what had changed, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. When I said I wouldn’t return, I was told, “That would be just fine.” I later took the vehicle to the dealership and was correctly diagnosed with a bent strut from a prior curb impact - which I had also mentioned to TireDiscounters and they made no attempt to investigate this as a possible issue to address. This location is disorganized and lacks transparency. I won’t be back.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
