  Excellent service. Had to get tires in an emergency and they managed to slot me in and get me going in less than the estimated time. John at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Will definitely return in the future.

  Second time giving this place a try. First time they kept my car for 3 hours before letting me know they only had 3 of 4 tires in stock. They couldn't get the tire until the next day. I needed my car for an important appointment and my kids choir concert. Second time... I had an oil change appointment for 1130am and sat there until 415pm!! They didnt do the tire rotation that was included. I sat there for over 4 hours for an incomplete job.

  I wish I would've gone to my dealership instead! I was sort of up against time and ended up purchasing 4 new tires from this location. I had to take two road trips. When I got back, I told them my car had been shaking in the front. They refused to believe it could be because of the tires and guaranteed their work. The shaking continued, I asked them to rotate the front tires to the back. The shaking stopped that day. I called to update them and they still refused to believe it was the tires. The next day, my car started shaking from the back, and I've been experiencing that every since. My car usually powers through different weather conditions. Do not get their house brand, Brezza. Now that it's snowing and icy, I am sliding on thee smallest patches of ice. In the 3 years I've had my car, this is first time I've felt unsafe it. Do not allow this location to touch your vehicle.

  Came in with what I thought could be a flat tire - John and Gage got me taken care of swiftly. Turned out to be a leaking air valve and they fixed it very quickly. So appreciative of the fast and reliable service, thank you!!!🙏

  DO NOT GO HERE. 1) I needed 4 new tires. Got a quote over the phone. Paid $100 deposit. After the work was completed, they tried to charge me more than what was quoted. They also did not credit the $100 deposit I had already paid. This was corrected only after I caught it. 2) After I arrived, they told me they could replace the tires but they couldn’t do the alignment, as they didn’t have a technician at that location that had the ability to do it. Why wouldn’t they have told me that at the time of making my appointment? Why would they offer the service of installing new tires, but they have no way of aligning them?? Because of this, I then had to make an appointment on a different day at a different location to complete the job. 3) The job of installing 4 tires and an oil change took FOUR AND A HALF HOURS. 4) After receiving my car back, I noticed they didn’t install the caps back on my tire pressure nozzles. I had to ask them to put those back on. They did this the last time I had work done at this location, so I knew to look this time. 5) Upon driving home, my car started alerting me that the hood wasn’t closed all the way. Sure enough, it started bouncing around and wanting to flip up while I was driving down a busy road. It was really scary. 6) Upon driving home, I also noticed that a technician left a pack of Camel cigarettes in my car. Absolutely disgusting. It is shocking to me that this location has more than 1 star collectively. Both of my experiences here have been terrible and I strongly urge people to seek another location to get their work done.
