- DDDillon DorstenDec 23, 20251.0I feel like my first review was deleted, this is the worst monthly parking experience in Columbus, it’s overpriced, and the gates never work. The online features are outdated and don’t work. The customer service line doesn’t help, it’s always someone else’s job. Don’t even bother writing the email they will post on the site as nobody will get back to you for like 3 business days. In the small time the gate actually picked up my plate (a week) it was great! Then it stops, I phone in, they somehow don’t have the vehicle id been using listed, even though it worked the week prior. Go online to check and multiple password resets and locked account screens with as minimal assistance as they can give. AVOID! *Update - Give Donna in the call center a raise as she was the only person who actually stayed on the line to help me through my issues. I called 6! times and got the run around until she was able to help me. I am not exaggerating when I had someone in the call center tell me they couldn't stay on the line with me "because they had other calls". Horrendous customer service outside of Donna.
