  Parked here for 24 min to collect data on the parking lot itself for which I was hired to do. Charged $12 for those 24 min and was sent a notice in the mail that there was also a “notice fee” of $45.25!! Called and was able to have them remove $40 of the notice fee. The amount is still obscene. Avoid this lot…very dark at night, crumbling pavement, ridiculous fare.

  This company is the worst. I purchased 2 parking passes in advance from Park Whiz for an event at the Southern Theatre for $13 each. Nobody was manning the lot the night of the event, so we parked our two cars, and went to the event. 2 months later, we received a notice from Metropolis that we had parked in the lot without paying. They wanted $32 as payment that was mostly a fine. We had to contact them and send them a receipt showing we had paid. 3 months later, we received a notice for the other car. I told them I no longer had receipts as it was 3 months ago, and they said they would remove the fine and knock the charge down to $12. They claimed there was no way for them to cross reference the purchase I made, even though I had to submit my license number when I made my purchase. So I had to reach out to Park Whiz to get a copy of my receipt, to then send to Metropolis to show I had paid. They need to have an attendant, and get a better computer system that doesn't charge paying customers.

  Parked this morning at 8:24am, staying at my destination for a couple of hours,still ha e received a receipt. I called and waited for 30mins just to reach a rep who said she was helping me then placed me on hold for 10min and tranfered me to someones cell phone in another state. He suggested I call back which I did to only get a rude rep who said" you gone need to call someone else" when I told her how unprofessional the interaction was she said"you know what? I'm gonna get some information" placed me on hold... oldest trick in the book to deal with irate customers which i wasnt, I wish I could pull uno reverse on her. Please stop paying people for customer service they refuse to provide!!
