- HBHaley BSep 20, 20251.0I literally PREPAID for parking from 5pm-12am. Arrived at 5:41pm and TRIED to leave at 11:34pm. First they wouldn't let me out and I had to call and have someone open the gate. Then, I had to email THEM the receipt that I paid, THEN, AT 12:34AM, I get a threatening text saying my payment didn't go thru and I need to pay or get a $54 late fee. I checked my bank account, and IT DID come out. Now I have to fight with them to DO THEIR JOB. I will probably never see another show at Palace Theater because of this nonsense.
