  I week ago purchased my 3rd Acura from Lindsay Acura it was a horrible experience. The process was 6 hours long. Although I love the vehicle, I’m a bit disappointed in the service and sale. I even had to return the next day due to low air in the tire. I just found out the book value is $40k on this 20 vehicle sold to me at $42k at a high interest rate. I immediately refinanced. I was also low balled on my trade in allowance. In addition, I don’t feel my loyalty to Lindsay over 3 vehicles was even a consideration. I received no incentive not even a cup or keychain. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from dealership.

  I purchased a used Rav 4 here and Jason Cox was my salesman. He was great. He understood all of my concerns about purchasing a used vehicle and answered all questions I had about the history. He was also able to get me to the out the door price I wanted. It was a lengthy process which is to be expected when getting a car. Jason was very friendly and professional. Zach in finance was also great. Informed me of extra packages but was not pushy. I would purchase from here again and recommend this dealership to anyone!

  I had an excellent experience working with Jayson Youngblood. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He answered all my questions and helped me find a car that fit my needs and budget. I truly appreciate the professionalism and would highly recommend him!

He takes the time to thoroughly educate you on all of your options, removes the intimidation from the credit process, and approaches everything with honesty, patience, and integrity. He never makes you feel rushed and clearly prioritizes service over sales. With over 40 years of experience, his professionalism and commitment truly stand out. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else, and I highly recommend him!

  This is a follow up of my review of purchasing our 2 year old Genesis. We were mostly satisfied with our purchase experience. The car is perfect, but that has nothing to do with Lindsay and everything with Genesis. However, this review concerns their failing to live up to their promises. At the time of purchase the sales manager told us they would give us: 1) a free alignment, 2) free first oil change, 3) free paint chip repair within the first year. So months later they’re calling us to setup the oil change. They even confirmed the oil change is free. We also stated that we wanted the alignment and we had a couple of paint chips to repair. That was confirmed over the phone, but once we arrived it was all denied. The service rep stated that: 1) the alignment should have been done within 30 days, 2) they don’t give free oil changes, 3) they don’t repair paint. He claimed that they only pulled dents out. Even though they have a body shop! We produced the We Owe You document and they reluctantly aligned the car, but wouldn’t do anything else. I should have known. Originally when the sales manager said that they were a Christian Company the red flags were going up. It has been my unfortunate experience that “Christian “ companies are not to be trusted. My experience has been that they will cheat you, usually by not honoring what they say. My fault for not getting all of it in writing. That’s the moral of this story if you’ve made it this far; get it all in writing!
