- SRSherry ReaDec 22, 20255.0We had a headlight and break light out on our Subaru. After a failed attempt at doing it myself I called Jiffy Lube and found out they replace bulbs. They will access all your car lights. They found the license plate light was also out. The Asst. Manager found out the hard way you can get pulled over for that and it cost him $110 ticket! So head light, break light and license plate light were replaced for an affordable price with a wait of less than 10 minutes. I might add I observed them getting the plugs out which I tried to do but was afraid I would break something. Even with the proper tool, they had to work to pull the plug out so I felt redemption.
- TTtjovaughnDec 12, 20253.0Services completed - overpriced. Oil change and tire rotation. There was someone at the front desk who said "don't talk to me."...okay, who do I talk to then? Jfc. (You can get a $45 synthetic oil change at Buckeye Auto, here it's $90) After, I learned that they completely forgot to replace the screws that hold the sheilding in place on the bottom of my car; might have been a mistake, or purposeful to have me come back, regardless it's unprofessional. This was immediately after the service, I took it to a different shop (Buckeye Auto) and they replaced it for free--I guarantee Jiffy Lube would have charged me to get them replaced. Whoever *did* help me was very kind; check in on your front desk people, they're rude.
