The other is no where near bald. Plenty of tread. Tried to tell me my serpentine belt was cracked. It's not. One of the first things I checked when I bought it. I showed them a $30 coupon I received from corporate, I was told it was for synthetic only; no where on the coupon did it say that. He got his manager who said, I don’t know if that coupon code is any good; pull in we’ll get started then I’ll let you know. I told him that wouldn’t work and I’ll leave. He stepped out, came back and said it’s good, we’ll honor the coupon. So I had my last oil change at this place. They cannot be trusted
