- LRLoves To ReadSep 21, 20252.0The city of Cleveland has a contract with this company. The shuttle workers seem to hate the city workers. The shuttles now have tracking. And they still do not wait for folks they pretend not to see. How do you justify a shuttle driver who should be alert to what’s moving around them, not seeing folks making a bee line to get on the shuttle? Happens nearly every day. I’ve only been in one accident since I’ve had to use this service, it was a few years ago. I’ve only had one instance where someone stole things from my vehicle, that was a day I forgot to lock the car. I’ve not had any sort of damage to vehicle in the lot. The folks who run the service seem to focus on issues raised. I have noticed that they do not have rerouting available when road delays arise. I hope they provide such before another storm takes out the normal routes to/from airport to lots.

- DSDoc SavageApr 29, 20151.0This Airport Parking is nothing more than a scam, they tore down a long term parking garage last year and sold everybody on that the parking situation will be fine. I arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hours before my flight tried to get into the long team parking and could not get in because the card reader said lot was full. As I can clearly see open spaces and 5 more times around the airport I had to accept the only other option "Valet" at $25.00 per day. And it does not matter what time you drop your car off they consider that one day. I know someone will say go to park and ride but I was not familiar with that side of town and was running out of time. I highly suggest anyone flying out of Cleveland to get dropped off or take advantage of the park and ride but just do your homework. I truly feel I got robbed, and next time will look into flying out of Akron.
