The automated tracker tracks. It does not make shuttles on time. There are more people waiting for the shuttle than capacity during shift changes. Standing room is even packed and workers left behind. Check today’s date. Lightening storm. Workers waiting nearly half an hour to catch the following shuttle. If this is contracted service, I can’t begin to imagine how ‘at will’ airport passengers are treated.
