- MSMatthew SchafferSep 29, 20251.0What a scam! Prepaid $30 thru SpotHero parking app for a Guardians baseball game. The app's pre-set end reservation time was 10:10pm for a 7:15pm game start. The app has an "Extend" time button but it wouldn't let me extend my time past 10:10pm. Impossible to make it to parking garage and out by 10:10. Parking garage charged additional $20 to exit. Now that I see several previous reviews for the exact same thing tells me that the parking garage is well aware. Yup, I should've known. These guys are a scam. Nice work souring our Cleveland experience.

- UNUser NameJun 27, 20251.0The starewells look like a future murder site, they constantly leak and drip water contaminated with who knows what. The event parking being $25 is ridiculous when it isn't even a central location to anything special. It's a 10 + minute walk to every stadium and play house square. I use this garage for work and its insane that the second it is past 9 am, event parking prices kick in. No one is going downtown at 9 am for the 1 pm game and even if they are they are parking much much closer. There has also been multiple times where the credit card machine does not work. I was also trapped in the garage once with 50 other people trying to leave from work and NO ONE could get in touch with the garage. It took us a half hour to get out and people had to hold the gate open. There is an office where it looks like they used to have an on-site attendant, now I'm assuming they only ever send the person there to jack up the price the minute the clock hits 9.01. There was also a price increase recently, sure just 50 cents more for eary and a dollar more for after... where is that money going?? Because as I said at the beginning this place is falling apart. Absolutely despicable price gouging for an incredibly sub par garage. Never use this garage. Every other lot a block away is half the price. I will not be returning unless something changes. It won't though since the most relevant reviews are all 1 star.
