If you enter and then immediately leave, they charge you $3, just to have the pleasure of driving into the garage. If you have a validated ticket for 1.5 hours, if you're there 1min longer, they charge you $3. If the machine is not working, and it often isn't, they write you a ticket you need to pay online. These policies are unlike any other CCF garage and are unfair to patients. It would be great if the Clinic would either buy the garage and operate it or move out of Walker.

Receipt printer was broken and the call box for help did not work. No one answered at the phone number on the kiosk, despite it being within the posted hours of the on-call attendant. When I called them back to get his resolved, they said there was nothing they could do because I could not prove I lost the ticket. Find someone more trustworthy to park.
