I had to find a new car repair place in a new city and as if moving wasn't nerve wracking enough. Everything about Rad Air made this entire car (tire) issue easy! I called and talked to Paul (who is beyond amazing), told him my car issue and told him I just moved to town. He told me I could come right in and offered me a loaner vehicle so I could get done what I needed to that day. I arrived at Rad Air, downtown and the entire process was so simple. Paul treated me with kindness and respect, and he was able to save the day! I have found my new car repair place in Cleveland and I could be happier. Seriously, the best car repair place I have ever been!!!!

I ultimately did not go with the service and got rid of the car, and they were very understanding and helpful. Paul at the front was amazing. He did not charge me for the scan after I decided to not do the service and even gave me some helpful suggestions. This was my first time taking my car to get serviced in a new city where I did not where to take my car until someone mention Rad Air to me and I am glad I went to them. If I do ever have any car issues again, Rad Air will be my go-to. Very happy with my experience!
