- RORoberto OsorioApr 15, 20251.0Horrible customer service. I’ve had countless problems with these parking “officers”. I’ve paid for parking and because I was 4 minutes late getting to my car I get ticketed. Man on the phone acted superior and was extremely rude. They seem to make sure they camp peoples vehicles, I don’t know if they have a monthly quota but they need to be better.
