He was extremely quick to respond to my emails, got me scheduled for work within a few days, and the guys did a quick and efficient job installing my Thule kit for a ladder mount. Rich knew I had a few jobs lined up that required an extension ladder, and he got everything ordered and the work done quickly, which I greatly appreciated. Can't say enough about Ladders Unlimited and Rich. Honest, efficient, and fair.
