About a half hour wait and my car was charged quickly compared to the slow charging station

Everything worked well, charged up quickly. There were a good number of cars there even on a Sunday, so it's probably very busy at peak times - they should add more chargers.

These chargers are pretty easy to find but good grief there are a lot of issues. First it's clear there's a supply and demand issue in Cleveland. All super chargers are almost always 7-10 miles away from each other, haphazardly spread out around county. I say that because people truly depend on these to work. There are only two non-Teslsa superchargers in the downtown area and this is the only charger that is multi car capable. So, a lot of people use these constantly (and I mean at any time of the day, at 2PM or 2AM). I'm glad there are multiple bays as these things keep breaking, constantly. Just the other day 3/4 where inoperable. Meaning a huge line piled up for a single charger. In typical EV go fasion there's no set date on when any of these chargers will be repaired (but it seems like they repair these the fastest in the county so that's a + I guess). Every once in awhile you'll be the one stuck on the phone trying to figure out why the charger doesn't work even though it had a green status on the app. If a reboot can't fix it, you're screwed. I depend on these chargers often. But the frequency in which something is broken, or you get stuck in an involuntary conga line is high. Granted these work better than Pepper Pike or Mayfield, but it's less hassle to just have a Tesla adapter and go around the corner. Finally the area, is dingy. I've seen chargers placed at far better areas than this. But I've also seen much worse. Some homeless people wander around the cars pretty often occasionally asking for money, the family dollar is in poor shape, and the grocery store is a bit worse. Granted there's an Aldi nearby that's in much better shape, Juicy Seafood ain't all that bad and they let me use the restroom after I've gotten to know them. But saying that there are no public bathrooms, there's trash overflowing, people driving as if they're a rolling insurance claim, massive holes in the parking lot, and people having arguments in the surrounding parking lot. Please pick these areas better next time and not what's cheapest. I'm saying this once again because people truly depend on these chargers. They are busy all day, and we need more chargers in far better locations that's willing to invest in themselves. No one wants to buy a $275 Tesla adapter, but under these conditions they will. Finally cost: It's $0.25-0.40 per kWh varying with the time of day. It's generally fair pricing even at peak cost. I have a 60kWh battery so I range from paying $15-25 per charge. I really just wish this company could do better, it's disappointing.
