You have to have a code to re-enter the garage to get to your car - we could not get a code and had to wait for someone to exit. We prepaid for our spot with Parkwiz and ended up getting charged again when we exited. The user experience to register and pay is terrible. They went too far with app-based control. Bring back a kiosk and clean the place...

You have to wait for a code just to get in and after requesting multiple times and waiting with multiple other folks to get in the dang side door, they never came. Thankfully someone came out and we were all able to get to our cars...when did the code arrive?!? 10 minutes after leaving the parking facility. What a joke, never again. Waiting on my ticket because you have a completely inadequate system. Will definitely park elsewhere.
