- HHH.T.Dec 10, 20251.0I went here with high hopes based on the reviews, but my experience was bad. I had scheduled an appointment for regular maintenance on my car. After not hearing from them for 90 minutes after the drop-off, I reached out for a status update. The guy told me that there were multiple cars that needed to be worked on before mine. I pointed out that he should have told me that when I dropped off my car, as a courtesy, since I had an appointment. He then started arguing with me and blamed me for not letting them know that I wanted my car back within a reasonable amount of time(what'sthe point of an appointment if it'sthe same as a walk-in). I told him it was fine and that I could wait a bit longer, but he didn’t stop arguing, explaining that there was a backlog, that they had fewer mechanics, and that it was somehow my fault for not letting him know and not understanding their situation. I was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism from the him. He even called me back just to keep arguing about it. Finally, I couldn’t take it anymore and asked for my car back. Wasted two hours for nothing.
