- FRFRANK REYESOct 14, 20251.0I honestly don’t understand why there’s a person “watching” this parking lot when it has an automated system where you can pay and manage everything yourself. You just enter your license plate, pay online, and that’s it — no need for anyone to be standing there. When I arrived around 2:00 PM because I had court, the man there asked me how long I was going to take. I told him I would be back around 4:00 PM. He saw that I was paying online instead of giving him cash, and from that moment his attitude completely changed. He told me that he would leave at 4:00 PM and that I couldn’t park after that time. Later, around 6:00 PM, I came back because a family member of mine was parked there, and the same man said my relative hadn’t paid. It turned out my family member had paid but accidentally entered the wrong license plate number. Even after showing him proof of payment, this man was super rude, disrespectful, and spoke to us in a terrible way. He ended up giving a parking ticket anyway. This guy has zero customer service skills. If the system is automated, there’s absolutely no reason for someone like that to be there making people’s experience worse.
