I don't live in Cincinnati--I've never even been here. Now I have to do a chargeback and monitor my credit card for more fraudulent charges.

- SHSara HackneyAug 23, 20211.0I would give this 0 stars if I could. We pre-purchased parking for an event in Cincinnati and were given a QR code to use at the parking garage. We tried to scan the QR code when we were pulling in to the garage but after a few minutes of trying with the QR code not working we gave up and just got a ticket. We thought that maybe we were supposed to scan it on the way out. So we tried the QR code on the way out - we tried putting the ticket in and then scanning the QR code, we tried just scanning the QR code without putting the ticket in. It never worked. There were no parking garage attendants so we couldn't talk to any one about it. We just ended up paying AGAIN so we could get out of the parking garage. I attempted to chat with an agent on their website but it was never available and I tried to send an email but their email form was also not working. I will never pay for parking from them in advance again.
