    I honestly don’t understand why there’s a person “watching” this parking lot when it has an automated system where you can pay and manage everything yourself. You just enter your license plate, pay online, and that’s it — no need for anyone to be standing there. When I arrived around 2:00 PM because I had court, the man there asked me how long I was going to take. I told him I would be back around 4:00 PM. He saw that I was paying online instead of giving him cash, and from that moment his attitude completely changed. He told me that he would leave at 4:00 PM and that I couldn’t park after that time. Later, around 6:00 PM, I came back because a family member of mine was parked there, and the same man said my relative hadn’t paid. It turned out my family member had paid but accidentally entered the wrong license plate number. Even after showing him proof of payment, this man was super rude, disrespectful, and spoke to us in a terrible way. He ended up giving a parking ticket anyway. This guy has zero customer service skills. If the system is automated, there’s absolutely no reason for someone like that to be there making people’s experience worse.

    0 Stars. Truck was broken into directly under a Camera and right off of Main Street during a Reds day game. Between 1:40 and 4:40. Outsourced customer support was not any help in obtaining the video. Do not recommend.

    Avoid this spot. Guy that works the lot tried to block me in even though I paid on the parking app in advance and when I tried to show him proof he wouldn’t even look at my phone. Even his coworker told him he was wrong and had to pull him away.

    I parked my car in this place thing morning only for 10 minutes. i paid for $8.00 to the parking guy. While leaving , he blocked my car with other car. It was raining and requesting him to move. But instead , he was yelling at me and shouted in front of other customer says that if you stays for 5 more minutes , i will charge u another $11.00. How rude he is !!! My wife got socked!! i really disappointed this parking experience.
