I have to give them a 3 because after purchasing a 3day parking pass, I was charged an additional $84 due to returning after an outing, the valet driver parked my car in an unauthorized “valet” spot so I got charged for being parked there. The customer service on the phone was horrible. The rep. kept telling me that I was parked in the garage. She originally didn’t want to believe that valet parked my car everytime. Finally issued a refund when I told her that I would just dispute it with my Credit Card Company. SMH

On top of that, there’s broken glass everywhere from cars being broken into. It’s a shady spot that I’ll never trust again. Stay away!
