- JKJeremy KohlerDec 20, 20251.0They claim to be “people first” but they’re nothing but cheap and greedy. They increase monthly parking rates by $5 every year, except this year, they also plan for an additional $50/mo. for “improvements,” most of which should be standard in any facility. Others are things no one would ever want. Why pass these on to your customers? This garage in particular is run down and feels unsafe as is. I don’t suspect these alleged improvements will fix that because I’ve seen how little past ones have. I’ve not been able to access the stairwell so many times because of their faulty door code system. They act annoyed when you ask for help just to be able to access the place! And now they want $195/mo. for it! They also don’t even respond to feedback. Think twice before subscribing with LAZ!

LMAO But seriously, not your friend if you are in a full size anything. Even a 4 door sedan would have issues. Barely made it in a Soul.
