During the latest drive my brakes began to grind, smell and lock up, mind you they were brand new. I called JiffyLube first thing the next morning. They had me come as soon as possible. They got my car in, took it apart, identified the issues. They brought me out to show me the problems and the parts that should have been replaced in the first place.They quickly ordered my parts, had them there in no time and put me safely back on the road within a few hours.. They activated the warranties on the first new parts from other mechanic and I only had to pay for the 2 newest parts. All the guys were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. When I do finally relocate here they will have my business. Thank you so much for keeping me safe on the road!
