The staff was courteous and thorough in explaining what I had done (and why my local shop probably didn't need to do what they did), as well as directed me to a dealership where I could get the work done, since Ohio doesn't even require emissions inspection like Pennsylvania does, so a typical shop may not even be able to help with my specific issue. While I was there, they also topped my vehicle's fluids off as a courtesy as I get other work done there. They did the best they could possibly do, and went above and beyond to get me the help I needed elsewhere before I drove 600 miles home in a potentially unsafe vehicle.
