    I had a great experience with Ricardo Francis. He was attentive to what I was looking for and helped the best he could to get me at a reasonable payment. For the first time EVER, I did not spend the entire day & night at a dealership. I absolutely LOVE my new 2026 Kona. I took off a star because the car feels like it needs an alignment and for a 2026 I would think this would have been noticed during inspection.

    Usually a very responsive place, I’m usually pleased with the service also. I have called a minimum of 10 times on various days at various times trying to get an oil change. Nobody answers the phone here any more. It was never like that, I can get sales but no one to schedule an oil change !!!!?

He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the process smooth and enjoyable. This was not the typical car-buying experience you expect—very positive from start to finish. Highly recommend!

    honestly if i could i would give this place 0 stars. i made and appt for 8 am for a oil change. it took them 3 hours and i probably would’ve been waiting way longer if i hadn’t finally gone up. first they weren’t sure where my car was and then finally spoke to brandon which was my advisor. he had asked me if my number was the right number bc he had texted me but he never once said anything about my car being done. just thing that he recommended. it wasn’t until 10:54 that i had gotten the text that my car was done and i had just gotten to my car. not only that but my car was on the other side of the building and he had just given my keys and i was like where’s my car and he’s like oh it’s somewhere outside i’ll walk you to it. and not only that but the “3 year warranty” doesn't include 3 years as advertised which is also absurd.

    Update: 12/29/2025 I’m at the DMV and still can’t get my tag. The documents they finally sent me on 12/23/2025 (one day before expiration of the temp tag ) are not notarized. The level of incompetence is just nuts. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This is not my first bad experience with this dealership, but it will be my last. I leased a new vehicle from out of state and never received my registration paperwork. When I followed up, I was first told it had been sent to my home. Then I was told it had been sent elsewhere in error. Now here I am two days before Christmas with a temporary plate expiring on Christmas Eve, and my local tag office has confirmed they cannot issue another temp tag without the title. That leaves me in an incredibly stressful and avoidable situation through no fault of my own. I personally spoke (via email) with General Manager Dennis and Finance Manager David, and despite multiple conversations, there was still no timely resolution or sense of urgency around the impact this creates for the customer. I have since escalated this issue to Hyundai corporate. This dealership has clear gaps in leadership, accountability, and basic follow-through. Buying or leasing a vehicle should not involve this level of confusion or last-minute stress — especially around something as fundamental as legal registration. Go somewhere else
