However, I’m not pleased with the quality of service after the repair this time and the last. My car was returned to me needing to be cleaned anywhere the mechanic touched or sat. Despite the light interior no plastic was used to cover my seats and no temporary floor mats on the floor. My door handles, hood and steering wheel were greasy and my glove box is broken from the tech checking the cabin filter. I had to have my car detailed and I’ll do my best to fix my glove box. I’m not sure if they value me as a customer but I’ll think twice before having my serviced there next time.

Appreciate that in today’s world where great service and integrity is becoming harder and harder to find. Highly recommended this place and thanks for taking care of my car 238 Mitchell team!

- LHLj HNov 10, 20255.0Leased a 2026 Ioniq 9 from the team last night. The sales manager Kevin was super quick with getting me information on my trade and approval. Everything done within a couple of hours. I drove in from Louisville and did the deal seamlessly. William was great as well. David is finance was really kind and funny. Enjoyed working with him. Will definitely recommend them to people i know.
