I’ve had my car serviced here for years and the staff has continued providing great service even when unexpected issues pop-up. With a higher mileage car a few parts here and there have worn and were damaged during repairs and the staff has graciously helped replace any comments damaged during service.

They offer a free oil change with the purchase of 4 tires and well don't fall for it. They keep you waiting for an hour to not even change the oil filter as promised from the GM when the appointment was scheduled. Call and complain hours later and get an alright from Jenna. She couldn't careless as if it happens all the time and is a known issue. Service is terrible with every interaction I've encountered. Moral of the story, do it yourself or gunk and blow your motor over time. Update. Contacted by Steve the regional manager of this store and others, only to be inadvertently called a liar and couldn't believe I wouldn't come back to one of their stores for service all over an oil filter. Meanwhile, he wants a picture of the oil filter to prove it, which I can do, since he claims one was taken out of inventory. At this point, they want more from me than they ever offered from themselves. The only thing I have been offered from Nick at the store and Steve (regional manager) is to drive back to one of their stores (30 minutes one way) to get a new $5 filter. Just an absolute joke all the way around and the customer service even higher up the food chain doesn't get any better, perhaps even worse. Not to mention, who would go back to a place that didn't service them properly the first time?

Josh was very helpful. The stope had to get tires from another vendor that had my size. He went above and beyond to keep me as a customer and I would have taken my business elsewhere if it was for him and the young female associate there.

This place has taken care of me twice completely free of charge. First a nail in a tire, then again when my wife kicked up rocks into her brake drum. Can’t say enough good things. They are quick and won’t give you the “run-around.” I’m becoming a lifetime member!

Their policys are extrotion. My tire was fine but would not touch it due to tread left. The tread was not to wear markers yet. My tire was knocked off bread that was it. Just needed air and reseated. Also when this place sold me my tires lied. I requested 10 ply tires and was sold standard load tires while being told they was 10 ply. I will not return ever.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
