That included taxes, a $10 shop supplies fee (whatever happened to cost of doing business??) and $10 for topping off my coolant (even though there are ads inside the building stating that's free). They also tried to sell me filters, which I declined. I will say that the men that worked there were kind and friendly, though they did notate that my oil plug was over torqued and leaking, which I disagree with being as I've only owned the car for a few months and bought it from the dealership my husband works at and have personally been under the car myself recently. All in all, I think this store is managed in such a way that is predatory and I will not be back. What was supposed to be a convenience upkeep stop for me as a busy mom turned out to be an expensive experience. Next time, I'll either let my husband's dealership fit me in or stop at the Lube Express in Milford.
