Although pricing was discussed up front, labor was not included in any service pricing. Total price of service was way more than anticipated and service took 2 hours longer than anticipated. There is a current recall on my vehicle and the service advisor could not give full details as to how long repairs would take. This repair had to be rescheduled and although the car is new and has dealer warranty (6 months, newly purchased) a loaner will not be available for when the recall diagnostic is completed. I don’t see how the dealer has any service business unless bundled in with new auto purchase. Waiting room was clean and had plenty of seating, but salesmen were pretty active in putting out feelers for deals.

I took my 2020 Nissan Murano to Jeff Wyler Nissan for some service work and it was a pretty great experience. They got me in super fast, I explained the problem, they kept me in the loop, the work was finished the same day and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

I googled the number for Jeff Wyler Eastgate. Call the number and scheduled my appointment for yesterday. When I went in and gave the guy my information, he said I didn’t have an appointment. I mentioned I had Wyler Care and was on the Third oil change. Which included a tire rotation. He said I didn’t have Wyler care and the tire rotation would be extra. I was already frustrated because if I had stayed for an oil change He told me it would be two hours So this pushback was frustrating. Another service guy came out, checked and found that I had been scheduled at a different location. The first guy rescheduled me for today. He barely apologized and I left. When I came in today, the second guy checked me in. I went back to the waiting room got the text updates. On the second update, there was a charge. When I saw that my car was outside the bay, I went into the service section and the guy Who I had had a problem with the day before was there. I’ll let him know my car was ready. I was sitting right outside the bay. He said it wasn’t my car. I said yes that’s my car. He still insisted it wasn’t my car. I then told him those are my license tags. He handed a key on the counter. I let him know it wasn’t my key and pointed to my keys, which he then gave to me. I explained that I had been charged and that it needed to be removed. He checked on his computer and said it won’t be a problem I won’t be charged. I told him I wouldn’t sign unless somebody marked on the paper and signed it, showing I didn’t owe anything. He went to find a manager to have them sign on the paper that I didn’t owe. When he handed the paper to me, the person had put an X over the charge and put their name next to it. The paperwork was for someone else. At that point, the guy who had checked me in came out And when I explained that there was a charge on there and there shouldn’t be, he said there wouldn’t be a problem went to his computer remove the charge printed out the paperwork, and the other guy handed it to me. At no time did The guy who told me my car, wasn’t my car apologize to me.
