    We started with an online offer. We had two similar offers from 2 dealers. Wyler is closer to us. The car we test drove had issues with the seats and lacked cameras. We were told if we upgraded to another model, it would cost more, but we would still get the same rebates and discounts (4 in total). The salesman said, "The deal will be structured the same way." However, when we were ready to sign the paperwork, the offer on our trade-in was discounted by 40%. We had another offer on it at CarMax, so we sold it there. We still thought the rest of the deal was as they had told us, so we proceeded to buy the car. It took a very long time for them to complete the paperwork. We were anxious to get home, and we did not thoroughly read the stack of papers we were asked to sign. It was only later that we realized they had only given us two of the discounts they told us we were getting, raising the actual cost by $1400. We thought this must be an error. Turned out the offer had been changed without telling us. Also, we got an odd email thanking us for having services work done by their service dept. We had no dealings with their service dept and no work was done on that car as far as we know. We also found out that email could not have been sent by the person named on it, as that manager left Wyler's sometime ago. If you shop for a car at Wyler, be careful, especially if you are an older person. I have since read many similar complaints online. You, Chad, replied on 11-12-25 that you wish to discuss what happened. Mazda asked you to do that over a month ago. I also wrote to you and you never replied.

    Kim has been extraordinary every time I visit. This time I needed all my tires replaced and had to wait for a part to come in. Kim went above and beyond by helping deinstall and reinstall my kiddo’s car seat in the temporary loaner car and back into my car when it was ready to take home. Thank you so much for helping me out in more ways than one.
