    Always the same hassle. I wanted a car on their website. Yes, it was at a different Wyler dealership but on the Eastgate website. Two salespersons were fine with it but, no. The sales manager says they can’t sell me that car because they would lose money, blah, blah. I wound up taking another car from their lot. By this time the sun is going down and I’m getting tired. I asked the salesman to please have the windows cleaned because that’s hard to do. Guess what? When I left the car was in shadow but when I hit the bright sun I noticed I could hardly see. Not only were the windows filthy, the car hadn’t been vacuumed, the dash was covered in dust and the only thing done was they’d torn off the window sticker and crammed it in the glovebox and put the mats in. Pathetic. I’ve bought many cars and, sadly, this seems to be the norm more often than not. I swore off Wyler once before after being lied to too many times but thought I’d give them another chance. My mistake.

    I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Tuscon yesterday and the entire experience was top notch! I worked with Chris Mills as my sales person before coming to the dealer to work out the trim and the pricing details. I just pinged the dealer for a qoute and he reached right out and responded quickly to all my questions. He was transparent and we were able to quickly work out a deal. I got there with my son and the buying process was the most efficient I have ever been part of. All but a few of the documents are now digital so the finance process was very smooth as well. I was thankful for once that there were no surprises. The price was fair with rebates and discounts so I was thrilled to get my son in a great car for a good price. I want to mention that Brody the GM was also very pleasant to work with and made sure to resolve any questions or issues I had. After the smooth buying process Chris took the time on a rainy night to go through every detail of the new car with my son. It was such a great presentation that I actually learned some features that I had in my car that I had never known about. My son was very excited after working hard to save up a lot of money for his down payment to make this doable. I just want to thank Chris and Brody again for making this car buying experiences the best ever. My son and his brother who will be in the market in about 6 months got to see what a new car buying experience should look like. Great Job to all involved including the Finance person I had not mentioned! Keep up the great work and I will be a returning customer and share with others my great experience.

    Buyers beware!! We went to this location to drive a Hyundai Tucson hybrid the salesman Zach was actually a very nice person and was as helpful as could be but he needs to go somewhere else because this place will teach him wrong. The sales manager on the other hand is about as crooked as you can get. We check to see what our trade in on our premier Malibu has a few dings and 116k miles not great but nothing bad either. He comes back with $3000 for it! After being insulted with that we go to leave and Zach goes and fights it and somehow it comes back with $6800 which was still not enough for us. But it goes to show you that they are trying at all possible to be as cheap as possible and are not even close to working with someone

    The service staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's a truly memorable experience that makes you want to return for your vehicle service. They answer all your questions, keep you updated, call you, send messages, and keep you informed every step of the way. The waiting area is spotless, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. They even have a fantastic coffee machine that makes any kind of coffee you desire, from Frappuccinos to espressos. Everyone is so kind, especially Matthew and Teddy, who were particularly helpful on a rainy and busy day. They even make you laugh with their teamwork jokes.

    We recently had an engine replaced on a 2014 Hyundai Sonata. It was fortunately covered by the warranty except for 840.00 dollars for new hoses that were not covered. The car was kept slightly longer than expected (almost 6 weeks) however when the car was returned it was missing a 100.00 dollar Cobalt air compressor that was in the car when it was towed in originally. We were told there was nothing they could because they didn’t see it in the car. There were several employee changes while the car was there and it was often difficult to get updates on the status of the repair. We called to see when the first oil change should take place after getting the new engine and basically we were not given a straight answer. We are thankful for the new engine , however, the customer service could definitely use an improvement.
