I was actually coaching basketball at Elite and was between games, so my Dad and I came in to look and were impressed. He went through all the specs and answered all my questions. I felt like he truly cared to help me which convinced me to follow through. He was also very transparent and honest with us on getting us the best price. TJ is a true asset to Jeff Wyler. We plan to come back to work with TJ again to help my sister purchase a car too. I also appreciate the manager talking me through all the benefits and financing. He was very helpful and informative. I also appreciate how transparent he was with us. Thank you for the great experience! We will be back and recommend Jeff Wyler to our friends and family.
- MCMike ChaneyJan 1, 20261.0Disappointed- The advertised price of the 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid online was MSRP $38,315 minus dealer discount of $2,934 and minus Hyundai HMF Dealer Choice discount of $3,250 with a final price of $32,131. When I asked why the price, they were giving me was $38,315 they said that those advertised discounts don't stack. I showed them the add price and said this is deceptive advertising because the ad clearly showed that they stacked. They told me I did not qualify for those discounts without explaining why they did not show me what the financing would look like with these options. Then the salesman put a paper in front of me and told me to just sign this paper because they had already talked to me about these additional options of carpet protector, cloth protector and the pulse. These things were never mentioned, and I said I did not want any of these products. I then showed them that the paper I was to sign said they were all optional, but the salesman told me the pulse was on the vehicle already, so I had to pay for that. This is ultimately my fault for not just walking away but I was not prepared for this level of chicanery. I bought 2 cars from Jeff Wyler this year, but I will never buy another car from them.
