Typical shady car-salesman bull crap. Bought my car from here in 2015 with the promise of 9.99 lifetime oil changes (literally in the contract). Went yesterday for my routine oil change and got told that “Wyler is no longer honoring that price. It is now 10 years because of the economy”. Mind you… this is literally in the contract for LIFETIME. Then get asked if I just want to continue to get my oil changed since I’m already there for full price. Umm no. I want you guys to at least honor the 9.99 price for this change since I was never notified before the fact that I drug my entire family including a newborn to get my promised price that I’ve been receiving. Nope.. full price. Awful customer service and notice. Literally going back on your word after agreeing on something. I get that the economy is different but it’s in the contract and you can’t tell me you don’t make enough off all the other oil changes and services to honor one more oil change before you spring this news on someone. Do yourself a favor and go to Kings Kia. They helped me buy my newest Kia after JJ fumbled that too. -Lauren

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought my 2020 Kia Sorento brand new from Jeff Wyler Kia five years ago, and ever since 60,000 miles I’ve had nothing but oil problems. Now at 120,000 miles, the issues are worse than ever. I’ve already gone through a failed oil consumption test and even an overnight carbon soak that did absolutely nothing. When my check engine light came on recently, the service department told me it was because I “needed new spark plugs” and a 120k service — even though I had literally replaced the spark plugs just 8 weeks earlier. How would that magically fix an engine burning oil and blowing out black smoke? The back of my silver car is now completely black from the smoke. When I pressed the service manager for answers, he finally admitted my only choices were: • Pay $700 for another carbon soak (that he admitted probably wouldn’t work), OR • Pay $8,026.08 for a new engine. That’s it. No real explanation, just “bad design” and “we see it daily.” Meanwhile, Kia corporate tells me I’m the only one with this problem — which is laughable. This has been a nightmare. I’ve spent thousands on a car that shouldn’t have these issues, and I feel completely brushed off by both Kia and Jeff Wyler’s service department. I would never recommend Kia to anyone, and I would never trust Jeff Wyler service again. Buyer beware.

My daughter took the car in for a wyler care service oil change, during the service I myself received a phone call for a 69.99 air filter change and told them I would do it, BUT I never received a phone call when they talked my daughter into a $700++++ service upgrade!!!!! 4 wheel alignment that needs tire within the next 5 thousand miles (pointless) a brake fluid change because it was almost to 30 thousand miles service point and didn't test the fluid or did it show signs of being bad or need changed. I am truly disappointed in how they stole $700++ from her. But hey I got a phone call for the $69.99 air filter. Sad !!!

Days of calling and leaving messages just to never get a call back. Brand new car that I can't drive and can't get ahold of anyone to have it repaired under warranty.

I am writing to share my experience following a recent visit to your service department, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations for the quality and transparency I anticipated from a dealership of your standing. On 2/29/24 I brought my Kia in due to concerns about an unusual noise in the engine, along with addressing a few recalls. After the service, as I was driving away from your premises, my vehicle began emitting billows of smoke from the rear, causing distress not only to me but also to other drivers on the road. This issue was so severe that it prompted another driver to approach me with concern. Upon returning to your shop, I learned that the mechanics had to open the garage doors due to the excessive smoke caused by my car—a critical piece of information that was not communicated to me prior to leaving. Moreover, today, while my wife driving, the car's engine light turned on, and the vehicle exhibited shaking while my wife was driving and three-year-old child. This has raised serious concerns about our safety in the vehicle. While I understand that diagnosing car problems can be complex, I believe that clear communication and transparency are crucial in such situations. Being informed about potential issues or unusual occurrences during service would greatly improve the customer experience and trust. I am hopeful that this feedback will be taken constructively, allowing for improvements in customer service and communication. Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of your customers should be of paramount importance, and I believe that with better transparency, many concerns can be alleviated before they escalate. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback
