    I ultimately purchased a vehicle here and am happy with the car, but the buying experience did not match the efficient, transparent process that’s advertised. I scheduled an appointment online with a specific vehicle selected, but when I arrived, the appointment hadn’t been communicated to the store and the wrong vehicle was initially pulled up. I had to provide the stock number myself, and it took nearly 30 minutes before I could test drive the correct car—despite clearly stating I had limited time and had completed my credit application in advance. Financing was also not fully transparent at first. The initial offer did not reflect the promotional rate and term I explicitly requested, and while that was later adjusted, incentives changed without clear explanation. Due to delays, I had to return the next day to complete paperwork, and even with a scheduled appointment, there was additional waiting. At delivery, the vehicle was not fully prepped as represented—protective plastics, barcodes, and tire stickers were still on the car—and there was a noticeable interior trim blemish that should have been caught prior to delivery. Joshua, my sales consultant, was professional and courteous throughout. That said, there were clear breakdowns in communication, preparation, and process that made the experience more time-consuming and less customer-focused than expected. There’s room for improvement, especially for customers who engage digitally and expect a streamlined experience.

    Don’t waste your time with Kia service. Even if it’s still under bumper to bumper portion of warranty they will tell ya it’s something broken that isn’t covered under warranty because warranty pays less labor hrs so they’re not interested in fixing it under warranty. I have been a collision tech for 25 years took my Kia in I bought brand new because front distance sensor was throwing a code was told my front impact bar has been replaced and sensor was broken at plug I have never wrecked my car and if I did I would of had it fixed through insurance. So if ya want to waste your time and pay 230.00 for diagnostics and have nothing fixed this is you place if ya don’t believe me check all the negative reviews on yelp and google all pretty much same issues this dealership is a complete disappointment. If my name was on the building I would definitely look into all the issues so I didn’t leave my kids with a terrible business and legacy after I was gone.
