    We drove an hour and a half from central Kentucky and are so glad we did. From our salesman, JJ, to the sales manager, Casey, and everyone with whom we interacted, it was a top notch experience.     We purchased a 2025 Kia Soul. After 20 days of owning the car, the dealership called and wanted to change to a higher interest rate. We declined and had to return the car. It was a total fiasco and terribly unfair.

    We traveled to Ohio from Kentucky due to this dealership having more affordable prices on their vehicles. I purchased a kia and was under the impression that I had to keep the pulse sensor that was already installed. It was approximately $900. After only a few weeks of having this car, an alert came on my dash saying “Check high mounted break light” So I traveled back to the kia dealership in Ohio, to the service department. I mentioned that the issue may be the pulse sensor. They checked on it and came back stating it was NOT the pulse sensor, but a burned out LED. “We can order the LED and have you drive all the way back to Ohio or you can go to a Kia dealership that is closer to you and have them order the part.” -stated the man working in the service department. I told him I would go to a Kia Dealer in Lexington KY to have it replaced since it’s closer for me. Weeks later, I go to Cartown Kia for my appointment. They told me it was INDEED the pulse sensor causing the issue and they removed it for me. My husband and I have called Jeff Wyler several times and no one seems to know what to do about this situation or they fail to call us back. My father emailed the general manager and he called me back saying he would take care of it. It’s now been 2 weeks since that phone call. I would like to have my money back that was tacked onto my payment for the faulty pulse sensor. That’s it. I don’t know why it’s been such a hassle for them to do that.
