Was told when called truck could get right in for service. Dropped truck off on a Monday, and then told once it got there that they could not look at it until that Friday. Once they finally got it in on that Friday at 4, they hooked the computer up and found out it was only a 30 minute computer reset. They did the reset but did not test drive the truck until Monday morning at 8, then called and said truck was ready. No loaner was ever given, service was all under warranty. Kept truck for an entire week, for 1 hour of work.

First off I have been a mechanic for 20 years so if I tell you what’s wrong with my car I absolutely know what I’m talking about but me and my wife recently purchased a used vehicle from them for over 30k and a few different warranty’s. well one of them covers new shocks and mine are definitely bad they literally put it on the lift said the shocks don’t appear to look bad. I took a picture of my mileage when I dropped the car off, took them over a week and when I pick my car up, I looked at the mileage and it had less than 1 mile on it he assured my wife they test drove the car. And the shots did not appear to look bad because they wasn’t leaking. I’ve had plenty of shocks be bad and not leak. Moral of the story is their scam con artist just like every other car a lot they should be ashamed to call their self a Dealership For what I paid for the car, do you think they would’ve gladly put new shocks as the warranty clearly covered then the two car garages since and both drove the car and agreed the shocks is definitely on their way out the door But because their mechanic at Chevy said they don’t appear to look bad the warranty won’t cover them now you guys know if I went there for some brake pads they would try to sell me shots, control, arms, ball, joints, front, and alignments and anything else they could think of, but because they had to do it under a warranty and they could not make any money. They did not want to change my shocks if they would’ve honestly just drove the car they would’ve knew it needed shots, but they didn’t even test drive it from the parking lot to the lift Would never do business with them again And I am filing to dispute it ps they literally told my wife that it was winter time and your shots don’t work well in the winter. My understanding of shock is they’re supposed to absorb the road conditions, including stiff and frozen roads. The fact that they’re not absorbing nothing is just more proof that they are not working correctly. And it was 70° at the beginning of November when we bought the car had nothing to do with cold roads
