The worst experience of my life I went in there with a car paid for my car to be repaired $1300 and lo and behold my car is not fixed. It’s an operable and it has a blown head gasket and they gave it back to me in this condition it’s a story that goes with involving Worthington Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet dealer messing up my car and now Eastgate Jeff Weiler another Chevy Dealership I don’t know what’s going on with Chevy dealerships but I now have no car after putting out $1300 to Jeff Wyler Eastgate and then $2300 to Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet of Worthington telling me I have a blown head gasket and I need to come up with about $3000 to fix it. It’s a 2012!!!! I left without a vehicle. I am a single mother with five children. When my kids school calls me to tell me my kid is sick or I need to come up there or parent teacher conference or even just taking my kid to a doctors appointment. I am unable to do it anymore because he’s two shops Have somehow blown head gasket in my car and no one wants to take accountability . I paid the money for my car to get fixed now I have no car. And they want more money. It’s not like my car was in bad condition. It was in excellent condition to be serviced throughout its entire life and now this I have not had a since the beginning of September.. I’m going to have to get a lawyer and Sue

Had a great experience with Sean McDonald. He was attentive to what I was looking for, and took the time to find me the right deal. I had such a great time I drove home a new truck!

Did not have a very good experience with this dealership after an hr and a half drive to them. I gave our salesman (Sean) that hour and a half notice before arriving to take a look at a truck we inquired about. When we go there the truck was not pulled up and ready as he told us it would be and he acted surprised to see us and told us to have a seat in the waiting area where he left us for a half hour. After coming back he passed us on to another sales person that he didn't prep about any of the information we previously discussed. He also didn't have any of our trade information put in the system when we gave it in advance. They did not cover any features on the truck. Just simply pulled it up, opened the door and didn't say much after that. A walk around would have been nice. When it came to numbers they jumped to a credit application first and I had to pause them on that before they would give us average credit numbers. When presenting us the menu they did not honor their online price and refused stating we weren't seeing the rebates correctly when they were in bold on their site. They also offered the lowest offer we've had on our trade in and did not work with our goals at all. The salesperson also promised us a full tank of gas if we didn't leave in a new truck, and that was not provided when we left in our trade. Very unprofessional and as a client who has bought 5 cars from a different Jeff wyler location, this felt like a slap in the face. Ended up going 15 mins down the road to buy the same identical truck for $2k cheaper and a way better experience at mike castrucci. If your looking for a chevy, absolutely go there instead. Jeff wyler has lost a loyal customer today and Castrucci has gained one.

I took my car in for service, and they had it for five days but said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. A week after getting it back, my car stalled again, and I later found out the problem was just a loose nut on the battery. When I went to pick up my car, they told me it was parked in the front lot, but it wasn’t there. I went back inside to ask for help, and they sent me to the side of the building, but it still wasn’t there. They had actually lost my car. After asking for help several times, a salesperson finally got a golf cart and found my car all the way in the back lot. I ended up spending about an hour just trying to pick up my car, the same car they couldn’t find anything wrong with, even though the issue was simply a loose battery connection, and they still charged me $200 for that diagnostic.

**BE CAREFUL** took my wife’s car in for an oil change and they stated that her brakes needed work previously (new pads & rotors all around). When they gave me a report they said that all was fine and then gave me a different quote than the one before (they did not check the car out like they say they did). So I took it to triple AAA where they did a free break check and noticed that the front brakes only needed replacing for a fraction of what they were trying to charge. $400 per axil with Bob Summeral vs $900 per axil (not including gimmicky shop fees) with Scam Wyler.
