Where to begin with Jeff Wyler of Batavia, OH? While the facilities have a high class ambiance, it was not enough to hide from their poor organization and customer service. My husband and I scheduled our whole Saturday morning around test driving a car. The only car we were interested in was sold before we arrived. Bailey, our sales associate, knew this was the car we intended to see and did not bother to inform us of this blunder. When confronted, he went as far as saying the girls up front, who coordinate the calls, are to blame. I do not know where the truth lies, nor do I care. My advice, call before your appointment and confirm the car is still available.

Just bought a new car in August and am finally in need of my first oil change. Was given a free one with the purchase of the car. For the past 2 months, I’ve been getting a call once a week to schedule it and kept telling them I’ll call you when I’m ready. Still kept receiving the calls and was fed up so said yes let’s just schedule it. Scheduled it for 9am and then the day before the appointment I received a confirmation call and the representative is telling me it’s actually 7am on Saturday instead of 9am. I respectfully told her I remember confirming to a 9am time and 7am is just not possible for my schedule. She said she had fixed the appointment and changed it to 9am. I show up to the appointment at 9am and am told that I have missed my appointment and need to wait an hour+ just to get my oil change that is supposed to be “complimentary” for buying a brand new car. Really not impressed with this establishment and am going to use up my free oil change and never look back!

Kia has been the best service for 10 years. We purchased our vehicle there brand new & were given the “9.99 oil change for life” card at time of purchase. Upon dropping our vehicle off for an oil change this past week we were told they are no longer “honoring” this policy. I tried to dispute this with the service manager by leaving him a voicemail & contacting him the following afternoon because he never returned my call. Another day has come and went & he has still not given me a call. We left our vehicle there for two days past our pickup day in hopes they would honor the promise & adjust our balance due at time of pickup but we obviously couldn’t leave our car there waiting for a call back. We paid the $100 & don’t plan on coming back. We faithfully used Jeff Wyler for all of our vehicles in the past & Kia was by far our favorite but loyalty doesn’t seem to matter anymore. Jeff Wyler in general seems to be changing in a negative way. They no longer have the options when you call their main number. You either get a live rep when you call to transfer you to a voicemail or “email” someone to get a “call” back & that’s a 50/50 chance. Or you get a general voicemail if no live customer service reps are available.

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Wife was in the market for a new car, so we drove over 2 hours from Kentucky to Ohio to find what she wanted at a reasonable price. Price was fine and the car is great, however, when discussing options we declined all extras (GAP insurance and what not) but was told that we HAD to take the Pulse Brake system which added over $800 to the cost of the car, we finally agreed and moved on. Made it a couple weeks and started getting a message on the dash to check the high mounted brake light, which is the Pulse system. This car was a 2025 and brand new, already getting warning messages. We contacted them and drove over 2 hours again to have it looked at, only to be told it wasn't the Pulse system and was a faulty LED, but that they some how didn't have the part to fix it. We wasted a whole day driving back and forth, we finally went to a local Kia dealer in Kentucky and were told it WAS the Pulse system and that they see that issue A LOT with those. Was able to get it replaced but was out $200+ on the repair on a BRAND NEW car. Contacted Jeff Wyler to get refunded for the cost of the repair and for the $800+ they charged us for faulty equipment since it was under warranty. Was told it would be handled, haven't heard a peep from them since. When calling to discuss it we either get the run around from someone or conveniently a sales manager won't pick up the phone

Honestly shouldn't even give one star but it requires you to proceed with review. This place didnt even ask a single thing about what we were looking for, details nothing. They dont allow people to look at cars you have to give them your drivers liscense, email, phone number. We finally after waitinf an hour were aloud to go look and decided to test drive a car and get back and love it except it squeaked cuz the door panels clips were undone. The guy brings out pb blaster to "fix" this issue if the clips didnt work. Pb blaster!!! Repeatedly asked to go for a another test drive to make sure it was gone. Completely ignored. Asked to come inside to do paperwork we said sure let's get an idea. Mind you if they had asked they would know we are looking not buying today. We said no and the guy proceeds to crumble up the paper in front of us and says looks like you guys just have a lot of time to waste. Then asks for them to give us our keys. This place has zero interest in helping you find your car unless u are buying it that moment. Disgusting, my 14 year old has better customer service skills than any of the people we came in contact with. Clearly the only time wasted was ours and we will never be back to any of his dealerships!
