I was very upset with the purchase procedure. I Co-signed for my grandson on a car purchase. Everything was agreed on, I signed all the papers, my grandson drove the car off the lot, to be notified a day later that he was turned down and had to bring the car back. Wells Fargo sucks as a loan company. They said my grandson didn’t put enough money down. He was said to have been qualified, plus my credit was Flawless at an 860 credit score. He had to have come up with 3000 thousand more dollars, keep in mind( he was given the car on an ok and he DROVE OFF the LOT. How can shit like this happen. I was called away from guest at super time , having to drive from Milford to go sign other papers after I refused to give my Grandson $3000 dollars to make this deal go through. My grandson had to get his Step Father to pay the $3000.they said the papers had to be signed tonight only, hench taking me away from my guest at super to sign the DAM papers. An hour and a half later I got home. My guest left after eating. Embarrassing. So this is my reaction to the whole ordeal. Jeff Wyler could not Eat $3000 dollars on a 60,000 dollar Vehicle. Incredible. I am not HAPPY.

When we purchased the truck back in August we were told it needed to get cleaned up and checked out which included the oil change, the exterior panel molding was supposed to be reattached and it was missing the right rear bump stop that was also supposed to be replaced. We had left the truck at the dealership to get these specific items taken care of. When we went to pick up the truck, none of the items that we We’re told was going to happen, did not happen. They also said that they wouldtclean the interior of the vehicle and vacuum vehicle. We had also asked for a quote/estimate on getting the electric sliding window motor repaired or replaced. I was informed that just to look at something I would be charged $255 just to look at it. This was our first time buying from Jeff Wyler. I do not think we will be back to use our other two oil changes. It’s not worth it. Very disappointing. They don’t keep their word.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Erin at Jeff Wyler on the purchase of my new Jeep Wrangler, and I couldn't be happier! Erin was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Jeep, answering all my questions with ease and providing helpful insights. Erin was patient, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I never felt pressured, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Erin at Jeff Wyler. She's a top-notch salesperson, and I'm thrilled with my new Jeep!

Had an appointment scheduled after being honest with them about what I owed on my car still and everything went in sat for 30 minutes waiting finely go back and talked to the person for about 2 minutes and was told that they couldnt do anything without even inspecting my car and told me they could only give me 2000 for my car while on there website the Kelly blue book was offering between 3000 and 4000. Instead of wasting time when I was being upfront about everything just say you can't do anything before I actually get there
