I dislike writing negative reviews but they offer a Terrible customer experience. I bought a convertible camaro and they sold me their bumper to bumper complete warranty. The back window has started to separate from the top and there is a gap that is now open and the window is falling out. Now they say the warranty does not cover it and I have to replace the entire top. They lie and do not stand behind their word or products, I would recommend any other dealer at this point and will not purchase from them ever again. The experience is good while you are purchasing things from them, the sales process was good. But if you aren't spending money with them, they do not care about you and will not help it seems.

Avoid at all costs. This is a long review, so I'll give you the highlights:
1) Multiple spam calls and emails pressuring you to buy from random sales personnel with no signature block or messages to identify who the caller or emailer is and why they are requesting your financial information.
2) No customer loyalty for someone who was willing to pay full price with no discounts.
3) No customer service follow-up despite requesting a discussion with a sales manager.
I visited this dealership and worked with Dylan. Expected it to be an easy process as I knew what car I wanted, had done my research and knew it would be arriving in about a month, and wanted to put down a deposit. No negotiating and was happy to pay full price. I was told originally that I could not pay a deposit because it was too far in advance before the car arrived (a month) but Dylan would stay in touch.
For the next week my email/phone was then bombarded by other reps from the dealership who would not leave a message when they called. When we finally connected, I was pressured into making a deal "right now to save money", despite what I was told originally. After connecting with Dylan to confirm these were legitimate representatives from the dealership, we discussed my trade in, and I provided all requested information for a price quote a few days before Christmas.
I did not hear back but did not rush because of the holidays. I checked the website 2 days after Christmas and saw the car was listed as "at the dealership". I contacted Dylan who told me nonchalantly that the car was sold "within 20 minutes" and he'd contact me later when another one came in. No apology, no acknowledgement of all our previous discussions.
After multiple back and forth emails where Dylan told me "We don't accept deposits" or "I don't have record of us making a deal" that were all rebutted by screenshots of our email conversations (and still no apology) I asked to be contacted by a sales manager. That was it, no other contact except from someone named "Chris" who told me "Sorry, I was off when the car came in." and no other explanation of who Chris was in the picture and why multiple requests to pre-pay for the order were not honored.
If someone who is literally trying to pay full price and is ready to hand over $60K right away is treated this way, I'd seriously suggest you consider looking at another dealership. The easiest deal of the year just blown off and no respectful follow up or apology.

Terrible experience. 1st time and last time at this location. I spoke with used sales person erin about my interest in vehicle. She sent me video of vehicle and schedule next day to look at it. I show up and she hands me off to another sales person who at least try to help but he could not find vehicle and finds out it was sold to another dealership the day before. No follow up to inform me. Huge waste of my time. I do not recommend this dealership

My Fiancée and I have been car shopping for a month everywhere in Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky at different dealerships. If you’re looking for a used car, you HAVE to start your search at Jeff Wyler in Eastgate. They have not just quantity, but actual quality. The only dealership that even entertained compromising with us to make the deal work out. I’m sure all of the salespeople are good but if you’re working with anybody other than KC you’re doing it wrong. KC is very professional, personable, as well as dedicated to not just making a sale, but making sure when you buy a vehicle, it’s everything you need. Not pushy, will listen to your concerns and genuinely do anything he can to remedy them. The experience has left such a positive experience I refuse to buy from anyone else. The whole process was straight forward. No “dealership psychological warfare” nonsense. He’s not “going to his manager to see what they can do” and then coming back with an absurd counteroffer. I can not say enough good things. My family and I are so grateful!

I kept telling this dealership, I do not have a down payment. I can’t stress this enough. They guaranteed my approval even though I have no down payment. They tried to get me approved for any old car without seeing if that’s the car I would like to try to get approved for. I’ve spoke to someone several times prior to my arrival. I’ve stated what kind of vehicle I wanted and said it wasn’t on this lot. They stated they could get the vehicle transferred if needed. I wasn’t even going to come here today, due to not having a down payment but they kept convincing me they would get me approved they said they have over 30 lenders. I would not recommend going here. I spent money on ride share to get here today and wasted my time.
