  Just finished an amazing deal with our fantastic salesperson Eddie Sullivan. I went in knowing what I wanted and where I wanted my payment to be. We struggled a few times but he did everything in his power to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. If you are in the market for a new jeep go see Eddie! You will not be disappointed. Thanks Eddie!!

  I tried to be patient with this place. They have over charged me and refused to refund me my money. First they charge me for a feature already installed in my vehicle that they never activated (1k) and then they over charged me for taxes (500$) and they still have not paid me back or called me. I have left numerous voicemails and messages with staff. I physically visited the shop too, but they still aren't giving me my money back. Buyers beware, they will scam you out of your money and over promise a return that will never come. Stay clear. They will never call you back to resolve issues.

  I had taken my car in to be looked at and it was an awful experience , the service advisor was not helpful , very unprofessional and very disrespectful . I took my car with having an appointment made and my car sat there for two days before they even took a look at it . They weren’t able to provide me all the right paperwork after the car was finished , I didn’t get work done I needed a diagnostics test done , they were not able to prove that they did it . I had to pay for the test to be done and then they wouldn’t show me proof that it was actually done . The service advisor spoke to me very disrespectfully , telling me I should find another dealer to go to . I would suggest to not take my car here . I will not be going back !

  I found a Jeep Wrangler Sahara at Jeff Wyler that I was interested in purchasing. I went to the dealership and test drove the vehicle and decided to move forward with their bate and switch financial process. At that time, jeep was offering special incentives. The financial Consultant reassured me that all special incentives were applied to the sale. Buying a car can be very stressful and sometime confusing.. After all the documents were signed and I arrived home I decided to look over the documents. I realized that the Finance Consultant had lied to me. All special incentives were not applied to the sale. The Jeep Wrangler that I purchase didn’t included the side step so I paid substantial amount of money to have them add them to my jeep. The sales manger reassured me that he had placed an order for them. The jeep wrangler on their sales lot that came with side steps had a really nice mopar side step on them. I assumed that would be what he ordered for my jeep. A week had past and I hadn’t heard back from the sales manger about installing the side steps so I called and they scheduled a day for them to be installed. When I went to pick my jeep up after the insulation I was so disappointed. The side steps were cheap looking (bottom of the line). They weren’t even made for jeeps The were designed for a truck. When I called to express how disappointed I was they told me that I would have to pay another 795.00 plus labor for better quality side steps. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle. Please reconsider not buying from this dealership. They don’t have any appreciation for their customers.
