Why have a powertrain warranty when the dealership will not honor it or help in any regard. Definitely will never be back here again.

First they charge me for a feature already installed in my vehicle that they never activated (1k) and then they over charged me for taxes (500$) and they still have not paid me back or called me. I have left numerous voicemails and messages with staff. I physically visited the shop too, but they still aren't giving me my money back. Buyers beware, they will scam you out of your money and over promise a return that will never come. Stay clear. They will never call you back to resolve issues.
