I may not be coming back. Got 4 new pricy tires. Mounted. Balanced. Installed. Car starts shaking from the rear at 53 to 65 mph. I take it back to have the balance checked. Still bucking. I take it to toyota because state Street insists it is the rear differential in the rear electric motor. Toyota checks it. They re balanced the rear passenger side wheel. Off by 4 and 2 Oz basicly. Driver side. They realized they would need half a pound of weights to balance it. This is way out of spec. I didn't even get to explain this. Because when I called. Tried to explain. State Street Tire insisted the tire balance was perfect. And hung up on me without even letting me explain I have a video. The tire balance was way off. The rim isn't bent. As per Toyota. I don't care about your 35 years as an ASE master tech. Your 25,000$ balancing machine. Something isn't working here. Strike one. Not doing it right the first time. Strike 2. Not fixing it the second time and insisting it is the rear differential. Strike 3. Denying any issue. Not being willing to listen long enough. And hanging up. That toyota check cost me 200$. For a wheel balance issue. From a tire sales shop. That sells. And can warranty tires. But appearantly bolting on a big mac is standard operating procedure... only done badly. Now I will be getting a 3rd opinion. This review may change. Both, one or the other may be wrong or right. But saying "the rear differential is shaking"... because you can not add enough weight to balance. No poo Sherlock. That is literally a darned good reason it is shaking. Warranty the tire man. Don't hang up. Edit. 3rd opinion. S S tire and auto. Replaced the tire for me. Only charges me install and balance (cheaper than here). Handed me a foam pad. It is factory glued into the tire. It had bunched up after coming loose. Weighs... 8? 9? Ounces? The amount of big macs the owner eats 3 times a day. Certainly makes his axel vibrate. Was it good years fault? Maybe. Could you have warranted it. Yes. Could you have not wasted my time. Yes. Could you have not hung up on me. Yes. An apology. Making real changes. Keeping said changes in place. Not going 2 steps back. You will be forgiven. I will esot the review of you make it right. Still don't know what this looks like. Good luck out there big Mac tire.

I've been taking my 04' Jeep Wrangler to them for years. They're always affordable, communicate everything they're doing, and get the job done correctly in a timely manner. I thought my Jeep was toast, and they brought her back to life for way cheaper than a used beater would've cost me. I couldn't my more grateful! Just in time before Thanksgiving too! Thanks State Street Tire!
